UNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS
Unsaturated fatty acids of the Ω-3, Ω-6, and Ω-9 series, of plant origin, derived from Buglossoides arvensis seed oil and olive oil. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated ones helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. (Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are types of unsaturated fats.)
VITAMINS AND ANTIOXIDANTS
Vitamins E and C, together with selenium, help protect cells from oxidative stress. Moreover, vitamin C supports the normal formation of collagen for proper blood vessel function, while both vitamin C and selenium contribute to the normal activity of the immune system.
RED ORANGE EXTRACT
Rich in natural antioxidants, it provides additional protection against oxidative damage and supports overall vitality.
When looking to replace fish based ω nutrients our choice, guided by long research and laboratory tests, fell on Ahiflower® oil, which provide ω nutrients without having to rely on fish oil. Ahiflower® oil is a refined oil produced from the seeds of the Buglossoides arvensis plant, very rich in essential fatty acids (60% ω-3; 15% ω-6; 6% ω-9).
